Refund & Returns Policy for AquaGears

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing defect

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked final sale

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital downloads (if any)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@aquagears.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team to approve your return and provide instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect).

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • If the item is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at support@aquagears.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@aquagears.com.
